Once you have purchased your Flex Ticket, simply call the Box Office on 02920 382001 to reserve the seat of your choice at your chosen game. Then take your ticket to the arena to redeem it against your match night entry ticket and sit back and enjoy the show!

Please pre-book your ticket by calling the Box Office before 5pm on the day of the game.

Flex Tickets must be redeemed during the 2011-12 season, and cannot be used for Play-Off games or Cup Finals.
